We decided to make a full installation video to help anyone who’s thinking about fitting our new weldable exhaust heat shield kit themselves.

It takes you through the complete process, from making the paper template and cutting the insulation to forming the stainless outer skin, checking the fit and welding everything together.

If you’re planning to make your own heat shield, hopefully this makes the job a bit clearer and helps you avoid wasting material.

Our new DIY weldable exhaust heat shield kit is now live 🔥

Cut it, shape it and weld it to create your own custom heat shield. This K20 manifold from Dynodaze used the kit; it looks great and has massively reduced their temperatures. 👌
