Lockdown part 3,

Just a quick update for you all as we approach another difficult time.
We WILL be staying open for your tyre and mechanical needs.
But please have the courtesy to contact us if you wish to cancel any bookings as we do have a busy diary. We will staff the garage however we need to so we can keep all of you on the road.
Our depot is very covid secure, we will look after you and keep you safe. Please bare with us though as we approach another strange period.

Good Morning to you all. On behalf of our team @ Exeter branch I would to thank you all for your continued support during the difficult times we have come across this year!

Over the Christmas period we will still be here for you!!

Our opening hours are as follows,

Xmas Eve 8.30-12
Xmas day closed
Boxing Day closed
27th closed
28th closed
29th 8.30-5.30
30th 8.30-5.30
New Year’s Eve 8.30-12
New Year’s Day closed
2nd Jan 8.30-12
3rd Jan closed
4th Jan normal hours resume.

Good Evening,

Just a quick update in regards to the new lockdown. We will be staying open through lockdown 2, our mot bookings are very busy so please try and give us plenty of notice.

We have all of our Covid protocols in place, track and trace, hand sanitiser on arrival, screens across our counter.

We understand times are difficult for everyone, we will do our best to keep you on the road, and rest assured we will certainly keep you safe whilst in our company!

Good Morning to all our wonderful customers,

As some of you are aware MOTS are very busy currently. We are experiencing people not turning up for MOTS when booking in. Please could you let us know if you are unable to make your appointment as we could book that appointment for someone else.

Also if you are in need of a MOT please try and give as much notice as possible. With the 6 month extension all garages are experiencing double the amount of bookings as normal.

Don’t forget with the weather now changing to come and get your free tyre check. Just because you have a 6 month extension doesn’t mean your car will always be safe.

We are now open for everyone.

We have safety measures in place, we have hand sanitizer, our seating area outside is spread out so everyone can be distanced. We have a screen on our counter to keep our staff safe, and of course our customers too.

Card machine is cleaned after every use. Our staff have all the ppe they need.

Booking is advisable but not essential.

We thank you and appreciate your understanding during these difficult times.

KEY WORKERS ONLY!

We have someone on site from
9am-2pm Monday to Friday &
9am-12am on Saturdays

Only 1 member of staff so please bare with us .

If it is an emergency and you are a key worker please contact us via our page with the tyre size you require. Please DO NOT just turn up. We need to keep the public and our staff safe but also understand the importance of keeping key workers on the road.

Out of these hours we are able to offer a call out service if desperate.
