🚗 We’re Hiring: Trainee Sales & Aftersales Advisor
Gold Vehicles is looking for an ambitious, confident and hardworking person to join us on a unique 12-month development programme, designed to lead directly into a permanent career with our business.
This is not a basic admin role or a temporary placement.
You will receive a genuine, unfiltered introduction to the motor industry and learn how a successful independent premium SUV dealership operates from the inside.
The programme
First 6 months – Sales
You will learn:
• Customer enquiry handling
• Prospecting and follow-up
• Vehicle presentations
• Part exchanges and vehicle finance
• CRM and dealership processes
• Handovers, aftercare and customer retention
Successfully qualify in sales and receive a £1,250 bonus.
Second 6 months – Front-of-house Aftersales
You will learn:
• Service and MOT bookings
• Customer communication and updates
• Job cards and estimates
• Warranties and service plans
• Courtesy-car management
• The complete aftersales customer journey
Successfully qualify in aftersales and receive a further £1,250 bonus.
At the end of the 12 months, you will continue working permanently with Gold Vehicles in the department that best suits your strengths and ambitions, subject to successfully completing the programme and meeting our required standards.

Previous motor-trade experience is not required. We are far more interested in your attitude, confidence, reliability and willingness to learn.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and be comfortable speaking with customers both in person and over the telephone.
