We are looking to hire an Office Manager here at Exeter Coachworks.

Hours: 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations.

Responsibilities:
-Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
-Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
-Supervise the maintenance of office area, equipment, and facilities
-Payroll for employees
-Quarterly VAT submitting via Xero with help from the Accountants when needed
-Speaking with customers and helping with queries
-Quotes, Invoicing, Sales ledger and Purchase ledger
