Another great year for the team. We have expanded our range of services and had a recent Ramp replacement ensuring we can always keep you all moving.

A simple injector seal replacement………
On the left a new seal to seal between the injector and cylinder head
The next 2 were very stubborn but removed using a special seal puller tool. Note the internal hole is off centred and much larger than the new one. This is due to erosion caused by combustion gasses passing by the seal over time.
The next 2 had to be removed by being cut away with specialist tools and all injectors seats in the head had to be re cut and buffed as there was not enough seal left to pull out.
A great example of how a seemingly routine job can change very quickly. None of the damage can be predicted until the injectors are removed.
Luckily we have the ability experience, people and the tools to overcome all events
