i had an interesting one today chap had taken his car to ford dundee in the hope of getting the flat spot sorted and rear pads fitted. apparently they told him to take his mustang to me as they couldnt fix the flat spot in the engine. so i hooked up my diagnostics came back with 2 codes from the pcm problem with secondary alarm system which is a ghost. after having a chat with a ghost installer he shut the ghost off so we could test drive the car bingo the car was perfect. the ghost is being removed tomorrowv word of warning / advice the ghost system can interfere with the pcm. after the second test drive the customer was delighted flat spot gone and his gear change felt so much better.
