2016 ford fiesta 1ltr ecoboost,
Came in a non runner with a broken wet belt been off the road a while and half the bits in the boot after a poor attempt of stripping it down,
Stripped top end and carried out cylinder leak test and found the valves to be ok.
Stripped and cleaned the sump and oil pump removed all the broken rubber/belt.
Rebuilt with both new wet belts.
New oil and filter and brake vac pump and running as good as new.

Something a bit different. Lowering springs fitted to a Byd dolphin surf.Looks much better in my opinion

BMW 118i b38 engine with camshaft and vanos faults.
Supplied and fitted new chain kit and vanos adjust adjusters.
BMW 118d n47 rattling badly. Traced to failed chain guide. Supplied and fitted OEM chain kit. Also found the oil filter housing gasket to be leaking so replaced that whilst the engine was out.
Bmw 118d noisey whilst driving. Traced to front diff bearing. Supplied and fitted refurbished front diff.

Mini with the head unit/ display on a constant reboot and wouldn't turn on.
This is usually caused by software and requires programming to a higher integration level.
Carried out programming to latest integration level which solved the issue.

Super busy recently hadn't had much time to update the page had a couple issues with flooding so apologies if I haven't got back to anyone in time. Anyway
VW polo non start due to failed chain.
85k miles on the clock and this has had a changing before in the past else where.
This was pretty catastrophic but everything can be fixed. Albeit this was repaired on a budget.
The valve heads had broken off and damaged the head and destroyed a piston.
Manage to source a 2nd hand head cheap that needed inlet valves. Fitted new valves and prepped the head. Removed damaged piston and replaced with a 2nd hand piston with new rings. Rebuilt with new chai and it's as good as new. These engines are pretty poor with regards to the chain failing at low miles.

2018 Peugeot 3008, 1.5 diesel dv5 engine,
These earlier dv5 engines are known to break the 7mm cam chain due to poor design.
For peace of mind the owner decided to have the upgraded 8mm cam chain kit fitted along side a new timing belt and waterpump.
Not sure what year these came modified from factory, something's telling me 2021 .
If you own a Peugeot, Citroen or ford with a 1.5 16v diesel pre 2021 it's recommended to have this chain upgrade done.

2012 mini cooper SD n47 engine.
Replaced timing chain due to rattle using OEM parts.
Iwis make the chains for BMW/ mini so is pretty much genuine parts.

Caught this just in time as the tensioner was extended past it's stop.

2018 ford transit custom 2ltr eco blue,
Non runner. Traced to broken belt.
Stripped cambox off found 16 broken rockers. Carried out cylinder leak test all valves ok. Replaced rockers, hydraulic lifters, camshafts with cambox using genuine ford parts.
Fitted both wet belts, new cover, sump , brake vac pump. Turbo core.
Castrol oil.
