We are currently seeking a Trainee/Apprentice Windscreen Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is willing to learn and develop their skills in the windscreen industry. As a trainee/apprentice, you will be shadowed by qualified technicians who will provide you with hands-on training, ensuring that you receive the support you need to excel in this role.
Responsibilities:
Assist with repairing and replacing vehicle windscreens
Carry out basic repairs, such as stone chips repairs
Provide exceptional customer service
Learn to use specialist tools and equipment
Shadow qualified technicians and learn from their expertise
Requirements:
Full UK driving license
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the job
Qualifications:
NVQ qualification obtainable
ADAS training provided
