Kawasaki Z125 – Full Rear Suspension Linkage Repair 🛠️

Today we had this Kawasaki Z125 in the workshop for a full suspension linkage rebuild following an advisory on a recent health check.

As you can see, she was slightly overdue! We replaced the worn components with brand-new OEM bushes and bearings, packed everything with fresh grease, and restored her back to how she should be, safe handling - ready to hit the road again.

Time to break the radio silence...

Earlier this year I made the move to Edinburgh and have continued working with JR Performance Racing whilst following the BSB Stock 1000 Championship as a Data Analyst. Alongside that, I've been quietly building the foundations to offer my services in Scotland.

I'm delighted to announce that I'll be supporting Charlie Reynolds for the 2027 season as his Technical Support crew.

We recently spent the weekend at East Fortune for my first taste of the Scottish Road Racing Championship. The focus was on testing and setup work with Charlie's R6, which we've been preparing over the last few weeks.

The weekend was a huge success. Charlie's feedback allowed us to make positive setup changes throughout the event and establish a strong baseline heading into future tests.

There's still plenty of work to do, but I'm excited about what lies ahead as we continue developing the bike and preparing for 2027.

The aim for Emms Road and Race is to have my workshop up and running before next season begins, but until then I'm still available for mobile servicing, setup work, and technical support.

If you'd like to discuss how I can help, feel free to get in touch.
