Charlotte from Mint Accounting recently surprised our own Beth with a handwritten note and a bottle of rum to say thank you for the care and effort she put into a vehicle journey that, at times, involved more than a few challenges.
To summarise the situation: the new van had been ordered, paperwork signed, pricing agreed, delivery location confirmed, and the contract formally approved back in November. Everything documented. Everything agreed.
Then, one week before delivery, a new manager at the supplying dealership called to say the deal was “not commercially viable” and that they intended to cancel it. Their reasoning? Apparently, they were losing too much money!
This is exactly why we exist.
We exist to stand between our clients and this kind of behaviour. To hold suppliers to account. To ensure agreements are honoured. To remove the stress, conflict, and uncertainty that so many people have sadly come to expect when buying or leasing a vehicle.
What truly matters is having someone in your corner when things don’t go to plan, and making sure clients never feel like they are dealing with it alone.
That’s what we mean when we say our mission is to change the way people buy cars.
