Found the clutch to be slipping. New clutch kit fitted.
It was still on the original Nissan clutch, not bad going for 20 plus years old.

Golf R vs Golf R32… what are you choosing?

The Golf R was in for front subframe locking kit from 034 motorsport.
This chassis, right along the Vag range is prone to creaking and clunking. Subframe also common for shifting after hitting potholes, causing wheel alignment to go out.

Golf R32 in for a seized rear caliper, which is no longer available from TPS. We managed source a new one that comes pre painted like the originals. New pads fitted as one side was badly worn.

Bmw Z4 coupe 🇩🇪

This 3.0 beast already has a whole host of tasty bits fitted.
Quaife L*D, supersprint exhaust, strut brace and an intake from BDS Motorport.

The job was to free up a bit of noise 💥 we decided on a centre res delete… with a difference.

X pipe was made up from scratch with the aim of helping exhaust scavenging at higher RPM!

Really enjoyed this one, it now sounds like a proper track weapon without deafening everyone.

RS3 back with a change of plans. BC Racing Coilovers fitted along with new discs and pads. Unfortunately the front discs...

Unfortunately the front discs were wrongly supplied, so we will get it back for them at another date.

Our Personal 135i had an electrical gremlin causing a random parasitic drain.

Every so often the battery would decide to go flat without any warning.
After a lot of swearing and head scratching we found the electric water pump to be the culprit.

New water pump fitted along with fresh coolant and a properly charged battery ⚡️
Fault rectified 🫡

Timing belt replacement on VAG group are such an over looked service item. With most of them being 5 year interval.
Make sure to get yours done before it becomes an engine rebuild.

This Audi A3 got a timing belt kit with switchable water pump replaced along with the crank seal as it was badly leaking.

Had decided to snap the rear wheel bolts.

Extracted the snapped bolts and found it to have picked up the threads in the hub.

New wheel bearing and fl**ge fitted to rectify this issue.

NOTE: When buying wheels spacers and bolts make to to buy good quality items 👨🏻‍🔧

Spicy mk2 MX5 with ITBS 🎺

Had this little beast in to rectify an oil leak. Found the cam seals and rocker cover to be leaking badly.

Timing belt removal required for this one.

Found the ITBS to be missing couple bolts on the trumpets and the rear anti roll bar links to have loose lock nuts.
Rectified this with new bolts and tightening the roll bar links properly 👨🏻‍🔧
