Vivaro in today for the usual issues , Abs to rear this has been repaired and now to sort this , No codes in pcm for issues so has been cleared . but when you know what to look for and test

Playing about with this 2018 Kia Picanto cluster to see if we could read it for cloning .
We had no pinouts for this but one very similar but had ribbon screen .
This wouldnt read the mcu at all .
We traced all the pins and made our set points and managed to get a good read of the flash and eeprom .
still to test if writes ok

Job We were helping trade friend to day with 2023 Transporter with No DRL working on pass side ,
We tested power at connector using manufactures diagrams and no power .
This motor had been painted for company colours and we stripped the front bumper etc off to find the routing of wiring wrong and trapped ,
We touched the loom and the wiring sparked over at driver side being trapped inbetween the metal bumper bar and plastic front panel .
on further inspection the wiring was melted and fused together.

We stripped this all back /cut out the bad wiring repaired and taped up to original spec ,
Lucky this one didnt pop the BCM , Very surprised at that , But all working again just needing bumper refitted ...

This Valeo VD46.1 ecu is one we purchased for stock and testing . We opened up fully and took a read with Kess V3 seems to be the best one we have used to get a read on Valeo units . We also carried out an immo off on it also to help with non Starts that are immo related

We were able to read the dead srs module fully so we can now transfer the info from original to donor unit

Couple of jobs through the post today . We have another older Vauxhall for us to supply and transfer all info into donor unit , this is ready to be posted back ,
Also a Vauxhall Airbag ecu which original is dead and we have to read and transfer into donor unit .
Unit has been cut open to access board for us to see if readable

Not had one of these in a long time . Garage didnt know these were part of the immo and didnt have any immo codes .
These were dropped of tonight to extract the info from original unit and transfer to donor .
Unfortunately they supplied a HN REC for this and the spec on vehicle is a HU . and hardware inside is different . But atleast we have the pincode for when a suitable unit it supplied

This was from a Zafira B , its a Rear REC module same as the Astra H models . So if you require this service done we can do , or even if you just require the pin code to enable reset

We have this 2019 Audi A1 1500 petrol with ignition coil issues . We wanted to substitute the Engine Ecu as it was suspect .
We carried out an immo off on this and messed about with file for coding .
Car is running spot on with no codes listed or any warning lights on dash .

Another Service We can provide , but this can take some time to do all sensors , as they can be rotated on the car and report the wrong corner that has issue .
We have the correct adapters to plug into car and allow us into service mode plus . this then allows us to clear all the stored sensor id's and then reprogram all new id's for each sensor fitted , but we need to get the code of the sensor itself .
Once this is all done and pressures set a small drive confirms all pressures at time are ok ....
If you require this done We can quote a rough price/ these are not the usual TPMS sensors they require bluetooth signal ones provided

This was a job for one of our trade guys down south , Jaguar XE that original module was dead no comms .
They sent us both units and on inspection we seen there was the Eeprom which stores vin etc inside , but also a seperate MCU that we couldnt read in circuit on this .
The only option was to remove and swap both over to donor unit .All fitted and confirmed no codes stored or light on dash . happy days 👌💪

We dont just carry out crash data resets on airbag modules , we will transfer and clone fully when possible if required .
