Customers please note the following measures that we have put in to place to help reduce the risk to our customers and staff

Upon arrival there will be clear signage and floor markings to help direct you to our reception and maintain a 2-metre distance from other customers and our colleagues. Please leave your keys in the ignition. Please use the hand sanitser provided, before entering the reception. Please follow the same procedure when collecting your vehicle. We’re asking customers to use cashless payment wherever they can to minimise contact, however we are still accepting cash.

We will be sanitising keys, door handles, steering wheels, gear selectors, hand brake levers and any other control that are likely to have been touched, including seatbelt buckles, seat adjuster levers and switches. We will turn off vehicle ventilation systems before turning on the vehicle ignition, so as to minimise anything being airborne within a vehicle.

Our colleagues are working extremely hard and under huge pressure, and we are immensely grateful to them. We’re making every effort to protect our colleagues and their health, and are providing hand sanitiser and gloves for all our staff, which they will be changing when they are working between different vehicles. We ask that our staff also maintain social distancing.
