Her contagious laugh, her happy smiley attitude will be remembered by many , our little ray of sunshine.

On October 6th we lost all broadband and phones at our business premises.
Miller homes had not long started new building work in the field next to our unit , before they started building work we had zero issues with our phones and broadband, since they started we now have had 3 instances of our overhead cable being damaged , the final one resulting in the cable being snapped.
The telegraph pole is now at an angle , this has made it impossible for BT to reinstate our phone or internet as pole is unsafe , Miller homes are basically denying responsibility and BT have been hopeless to put it mildly.
The impact this has had on our business is severe , people can’t get through on phones, we are unable to access 40+ voicemails.
We are now on week 7 with no phones or broadband.
As a small business we rely on our phone ringing to fill our diary with work.
If people could please share this then it may shame BT and Miller homes to speed up getting our services reinstated
