We hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year. We’re now back open after a well-deserved break and would like to thank our customers, both old and new, for the continued support and trust shown over the past year.

Audi S5 in the garage recently for some exhuast work.

We fitted a decat that was supplied by the customer and removed the centre boxes. We fabricated and installed our own x-pipe section, using 316L stainless with a TIG/Back-Purge setup.
While the car was in it also recieved four new Michelin Pilot Sport 5 tyres.

Audi RS3 in for a full service + Gearbox (DSG) and Haldex service.

This includes:

• Oil oil filter
• Air filter
• Cabin filter
• Spark plugs
• Brake fluid flush
• Levels checked and topped
• Inspection

For the Gearbox oil and filter, the oil is temperature filled so we can get the exact amount of oil in the gearbox that's required. Previously, this gearbox had been serviced and left slightly under filled.

The Haldex filter was relatively clean compared to others we've seen, however, the exact same steps are taken That being a full clean and reset through software.

Ford transit eco blue came into the workshop with no brake pedal, luckily it lost it's functionality whilst the customer was in a car park and not on the motorway!

We diagnosed this as there being no vacuum at the brake servo. Further investigation has found that bits of the wet belt had broken up and went into the pump through the oil. We can see the pump in picture 3, or what’s left of it.

What we done:

• New vacuum pump
• Full timing belt kit
• Timing cover and hardware
• Oil and oil filter
• New auxiliary belts
• Oil pump, pick up, gallery’s and sump thoroughly cleaned before re-assembly.

Van completed a 100 mile test drive, fault free, and has since been returned to the customer.

Another golf R in for a full service, discs and pads all round and rear brake line flexis.

What’s included in our full service:

• Oil and oil filter
• Air filter (if applicable)
• Cabin filter
• Spark plugs
• Brake fluid flush (2nd photo is the colour of the brake fluid. This should be a light yellow.)
• Fuel filter (if applicable)
• Inspection and fluid level checks

We also like to remove the silica bag from the coolant tank as a proactitve measure to prevent much larger problems developing within the rest of the cooling system.

We also recommended that the customer opted to service the cars haldex system, which judging by the photos, we're glad that we did. We drain the haldex oil, remove the pump and filter, thoroughly clean the filter and housing, new oil and relearn the haldex pump through our software.

Genuine oils and parts used for superior protection and performance.

Bmw 325D running rough and leaking coolant. We diagnosed this as a leaking water pump and glow plug controller. We also replaced the timing chain, chain was stretched and was very close to snapping. Customer was very lucky he had it replaced when he did. We also cleaned the egr and intake manifold.

Full timing chain kit
New rear main seal
Oil and oil filter
Sump gasket and cam cover seal
Glow plug control module and plugs
Water pump and thermostat

Car back to running without fault.
