Towbar season has come round again fast. Today a 2020 Mercedes c class.
Witter detachable towbar and 13 pin electrics then coded to the vehicle gateway to communicate with the trailer module. These kits are such good quality you can’t tell what wiring has been added and what’s standard,
We are now fitting towbars to electric vehicles. Exciting stuff .

Exceptional piece of kit again from Westfalia. Today a detachable swan neck, fold away 13 pin electrics and vehicle specific module on this 2020 Vw Touran.Coding this unit to the vehicle enables functions such as rear park assist delete.check out the trailer picture on the centre display. This replaces the park sensor display. Very neat touch,this system will even tell you if you’ve got a trailer light out as a display on your dashboard. Safe trouble free towing.

2014 Vw golf today with vehicle specific wiring. Don’t be put off with the sight of all that wiring. That’s us behind the dashboard and connecting into the vehicles fuse board and body ecu. Vehicle specific means trouble free connections.the customer was concerned his older wiring on the caravan would be an issue. A 13 pin to 12n and 12s adapter is the solution.
