Alfa Romeo 147 GTA Manual 2004 with 100k miles Engine Rebuild and Gearbox replacement.
This beauty came to us with a blown up Differential.
Due to a contamination of Oil into the Coolant reservoir bottle the customer decided that was time to give a overall refresh to the Glorious Busso V6 24v 3.2
We stripped all down send to the machine shop for some work.

Ultrasonic cleaned Engine Block Heads and Crankshaft.

Cylinder Head skimmed, pressure tested and valves and valve seats grinded.
Balanced the Crankshaft

Brand new main and connecting road shell and Piston Rings set all supplied by EB Spares

Ajusa gasket set
And Timing Belt kit with Water Pump and a Valeo Clutch kit supplied by Alfashop Ltd

A fresh second hand set of liners with 32k on it and also a stunning finish dressing kit for the engine.
