Don't forget to drain your motorhome and campervan water tanks.
The forecast is for overnight freezing temperatures this week so make sure you have prepared your van to avoid damage to your water system.
These are the most important steps. Drain the fresh and waste tanks. Drain the water heater (this is normally a little valve on the pipe near the heater) and open all the taps and shower mixer.
These are the most important things you can do to prevent frost damage to your camper.

Solar panels are the most popular upgrade we fit to campers and motorhomes. They charge your leisure battery during daylight hours and are a proven method of extending the life of 12V batteries. They can even charge the engine battery too!
They allow you to travel around for longer without the need to hook up which as you can imagine is a real benefit when there is no hook point as well as saving extra fee's at campsites!
In the Summer a suitable solar panel allows you to keep a 12v compressor fridge running indefinitely which is a great bonus to the average campervan owner.
Even on shady days they will still provide you with some power.
