We're pleased to share some exciting news from our Eastbourne workshop!

Turboworks has invested in a brand-new OTOMATIC DPF Platinum AI cleaning machine to further improve our professional diesel particulate filter (DPF) cleaning service.

What makes this equipment special?

Common signs of turbo failure can include loss of power, smoke, poor boost response, oil leaks, underboost faults, overboost faults, excessive turbo noise or reduced performance under load.

Before fitting a replacement turbo, it is important to check oil supply, oil return, crankcase breather / PCV system, intercooler condition, boost pipes, turbo control system, catalytic converter / exhaust restriction and the cause of the original turbo failure.

Oil supply issues, blocked oil return, PCV faults, boost leaks, turbo control faults, exhaust restriction or unresolved engine problems can lead to repeat turbo failure if the root cause is not corrected.
