A customer came to us after their BMW failed it’s MOT elsewhere.
The common DPF flexi-pipe break doesn't always mean you need a new unit...
By using a genuine dealer repair kit and precision welding it into the original system, we restored the car to factory standards at a fraction of the cost of a new DPF.

Elfish shenanigans with the photo copier already this week...

These three decided to use it for their elf portraits and have caused a little paper jam.

Either way, the copier is now officially "Out of Order" until after Christmas.

Following their mandated weekend break, the Elves on the Shelf initiated an unauthorized mandatory coffee break. ☕️
This was then escalated by actively preventing access to essential vehicle data on the clipboards.
HR has been notified of this deliberately unhelpful behavior.
We hope the North Pole is treating you better! 🎄😂
