COVID-19 NOTICE - UPDATED 16th April 2020

In light of the latest advice being issued by the Government regarding the Global COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, we want to inform you that we have taken the decision to remain closed for now.

Those wishing to book an appointment for their vehicle to be inspected on our return can request an appointment by emailing us at [email protected] and you will be
offered priority appointments on our reopening.

Those wishing to reserve a sales vehicle from our Car Sales department can do so online by paying a £100 deposit. On reopening the vehicle will be prepared for handover. Visit www,jagtechnic.co.uk for view all vehicles.

Unfortunately, those with vehicles in storage are at present unable to access their vehicles. Please contact us via email to register your request to remove a vehicle and we will advise you as and when we are able to release your vehicle. Email us at [email protected]

HELP! - Please help EngineDetox raise money for the production of PPE equipment for the NHS and Keyworkers. We are supporting a local effort set up by Eastbourne Makers for NHS and Keyworkers. We are aiming to help raise £5,000 to cover the cost of the materials required to manufacture essential PPE equipment for NHS and Keyworkers in our community. Nearly £2,000 has already been raised in the last 48 hours. We are asking all local companies and members of our community to come together and support the production of this much-needed equipment.

Coronavirus Update - Tuesday, March 2020 - 0700 hours

JAGtechnic and it's sister brands, LandSport, Bespoke by JAGtechnic, Classic & Heritage, Bespoke Valeting & Detailing, EngineDetox.com & JAGtechnic Car Sales are following the Government guidelines as issued 24/03/2020.

Our workshop will continue to carry out essential repairs such as MOT Testing, Servicing and essential Repairs for our Jaguar & Land Rover customers and other vehicles belonging to our customers subject to prior agreement.

Our Valeting and Car sales departments will close with immediate effect. Car sales customers will still be able to reserve vehicles on our website www.jagtechnic.co.uk, however, we are unable to provide viewing & test drive appointments until further notice at our Eastbourne Premises.

We are no longer able to provide collection or delivery of customers vehicles or provide courtesy vehicles due to the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus

We ask all customers to email their enquires via email rather than dropping into the premises to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus - [email protected]

We are aware that we need to protect the vulnerable and contribute to the country’s efforts as a whole and so wanted to give you some assurance as follows:

All our staff are fully aware of the current government guidelines in regard to symptoms and self-isolation.

Our staff will keep a safe distance and not shake your hand upon arrival at our premises. We would ask that customers adhere to all health information notices provided on-site on your arrival for the safety of all staff & customers.

We have reviewed our cleaning/handling processes and have increased the sanitation of all contact surfaces in the Customer & working area's and sanitation is being carried out on a regular basis.

Contact with customer’s cars will be kept to a necessary minimum and we will sanitise car surfaces efore and after handling customer’s car this includes the surfaces of customer’s cars that come into contact with staff – for example, car keys, steering wheels, handbrakes, door handles, etc.

We are aware that we are all facing uncertain times at present and changes are occurring quickly and we will provide updates as necessary on our website and on our social media pages and we would appreciate your continued support and business. We would like to reassure you that it is the safety of both our customers and our staff that is of our utmost concern.
