After phoning the suppliers to confirm the part was correct, the wrong one was still sent out

After some chasing the correct one was found, ordered and fitted.

Another happy customer who then decided he wanted some more work carried out

Here we have a vauxhall corsa in for a headgasket after failing the "sniff" test

All gaskets that were taken off were replaced with brand new ones

Inlet manifold
Exhaust manifold
Thermostat housing
Cooling housing

Aswell as the obvious head gasket

Customer was over the moon with the same day turn around

A prime example of what not to do.

If you are worried about bolts seizing, the best way to avoid this is to clean the threads.

The only way to do this job is properly. Replace everything in regards to the belt.

New parts as followed

Oil filter and castrol oil
Water pump
Front main crank seal
Oil pump belt
Cam belt
Cam belt tensioner
Aux belt
Crank shaft bottom pulley bolt

These will go along with take the strainer out, inspecting and cleaning as well as the oil pump

Fresh coolant

This will make for one very happy customer with a price of mind that his engine is now reliable

As you can see the belts degrade and block the oil strainer causing low oil pressure and the oil pressure warning light to illuminate on the dash
