🏁 GRASSTRACK SIDECAR WHEEL REBUILD 🏁

Another pair of Grasstrack Sidecar wheels rebuilt and finished in the workshop.

🔧 Sidecar wheel:
Fitted with a new 3.5" rim, retaining and reusing the original spokes.

🔧 Front wheel:
A good second-hand rim was carefully drilled to suit and rebuilt using the original spokes and ni***es.

Where possible, I like to retain good original components while replacing or refurbishing what’s needed to bring the wheel back into service.

Wheel building and rebuilding undertaken for Grasstrack, Speedway, Sidecars, Enduro, MX, Classic & Vintage motorcycles.

🇺🇸🔥 YOU DON’T SEE THESE EVERY DAY! – RARE ATK VINTAGE MX WHEELS 🔥🇺🇸

You don’t see many of these anymore! 👀 ATK wheels are a pretty rare sight these days, so this was a particularly interesting wheel build.

The hubs were powder coated, then we drilled and fitted brand-new Excel gold rims, made a complete set of new stainless-steel spokes in-house and finished them off with brass nickel-plated ni***es.

A proper wheel rebuild, bringing a rare piece of American MX history back to life. 🔥

A great example of giving a classic Triumph wheel a new lease of life! 🔧✨

This 1995 Triumph Thunderbird front wheel was rebuilt with a new stainless rim, which I dimpled and pierced to suit, then carefully laced up using the original spokes.

🏁🇬🇧 STUNNING NORTON COMMANDO MK2A WHEELS! 🇬🇧🏁

🔥 What a transformation! 🔥

A beautiful set of Norton Commando Mk2A wheels, completely rebuilt and finished here at Salisbury Wheel Builders. 🛞🔧

✨ I dimpled and pierced the stainless rims, before having the centres powder coated in gloss black for that classic Norton look.

🔩 The wheels were then rebuilt using brand-new stainless spokes, manufactured in-house, giving them a fresh, high-quality finish while retaining that unmistakable classic British character.

🎨 And to finish them off… a pinstripe was added to the completed wheels, giving them that extra touch of individuality. 👌

🇬🇧 Classic British engineering, beautifully restored and built to last.
