🤖 Let’s Talk ChatGPT 🤖

So, we are getting a lot of phone calls regarding customers diagnosing their own problems via ChatGPT. 🙄 And It’s always a quick fix apparently 🙄
Let’s just clear a few things up:

⚙️ ChatGPT has NOT spent 5+ years training towards the relevant Qualifications!
⚙️ ChatGPT has NOT had numerous years hands on experience on the job!
⚙️ ChatGPT has NOT invested thousands of £££ on the latest upto date diagnostic equipment & tools to do the job!
⚙️ ChatGPT CANNOT physically fix your car after giving you generic ‘advice’ that it has found on the internet.

We know you are trying to help but, in the politest possible way, please stop telling us that a robot on the internet has diagnosed your car. We have & always will carry out our own diagnostics without the help of AI 🫣

Have you ever been stranded at the side of the road with no spare wheel & just a can of ‘Tyre Slime’ ?

A lot of people ask why their tyre or puncture can’t be repaired after using this, what they don’t see is what it does to the inside of your tyre 😬
Tyre Slime is a temporary repair to get you to where you need to be but once your are at an appropriate repair garage, your tyre will definitely need replacing.

We recently had a vehicle in for wheel balancing as the car was vibrating at speed. The vehicle was running around daily with 3 out of 4 tyres full of Tyre Slime. This is not ideal and will not help with the handling of the vehicle.
We advise that if you have had to use this stuff, please get it booked into your local garage as soon as you can to have a tyre replacement 🛞

Good Morning Guys! Due to the fire in Retford last night, Hallcroft roundabout is completely closed causing Retford to gridlock in all directions.
Take extra time to plan your journeys & if you’re booked in, we understand that people may be late for their appointments 👍
Our sympathies go out to the business owner that lost his business last night 😭 We can’t imagine how that feels 😢 Also massive thank you to all the emergency services for working tirelessly all night to keep everybody out of harms way & preventing it spreading further! 👏

So, back in November we made it through to the final 3 of The Motor Ombudsman Star Awards🌟 (Yes, this was a while ago, we have just been soooo busy that i totally forgot to update you all)

Well, we only went and won the Star Award for The Midlands 🤯
We are absolutely overwhelmed to receive this award from such a massive organisation!! 🥰

As always, every award that we win is a testament to the teams hard work & dedication! Our team deserve every bit of recognition that the company gets & without them, we would not be where we are today! This award, along with every other, belongs to them! 🏆
Thank you boys for all that you do for us 🥰
