I started by working on Austin Sevens but now I try my hand at anything, although I do prefer to stick to Vintage and pre-war if possible. I re-trim seats, side screens, tonneaus, hoods, trim carpets, cover panels and various other car related things. I've upholstered shepherd huts, re-covered barstools, made window seats for dental surgery, garden furniture and much more….

Matching the colour was a bit tricky as the seat bases were in different leathers too, but I think I got close.
I’m not keen on working on the backs with springs in as they never seem to be the same shape & it’s all a bit of a headache to get just right😱
The seats are now back in the car and I’m told they’re very comfortable.

I’m taking a side step with my next two projects onto kitchen stools and garden furniture with a few stints at Goodwood thrown in just in case I get bored🤭

Another remotely made tonneau, this time for a Cambridge Special.
A quick visit to make the pattern, then back again to fit it.
I was a bit nervous because there are quite a few darts in this one to make it fit all the curves to the front and around the back so I drove all the way there with my heart my mouth!
I was over the moon to find it fitted perfectly with no dramas🥳😇
The customer was very happy too 😀🙌

SIX garages instructed and LET AGREED within 2 weeks!
