We really dislike having to post messages like this, but a lot of time and effort goes into organising our diary. With so many pupils to book in—and each with their own busy schedules—we need to keep things running smoothly.
Unfortunately, we can no longer continue working with late cancellations.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations.
We completely understand that sickness happens, but this is our livelihood and we have bills to pay. If you were missing money from your wages at the end of the week, you would understandably have questions—this situation is no different for us.
Failing to give 24 hours’ notice will now result in losing your lesson slot.
We hope you understand. Just like with a missed dentist appointment, if no notice is given, there is a charge—and we are no different.
