🎓 INVESTING IN THE FUTURE OF THE MOTOR TRADE
One of the things we are particularly passionate about is developing the next generation of technicians.
Our apprenticeship programme, supported by our partnership with New College Durham, gives young people the opportunity to learn real skills, gain experience and build a career in the motor industry.
Having started out as an apprentice myself, I know first-hand how important good mentors, patience and opportunity can be. That’s why we take training seriously and are proud of the experienced team members who pass on their knowledge to our apprentices.
For us, success isn’t just about building a business. It’s about building people, creating opportunities and helping secure the future of our industry.
