🎉 HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY AARON! 🎉🔧

Today we’re celebrating our 2nd year apprentice Aaron, who turns 18 today! 🥳

Aaron has been making fantastic progress throughout his apprenticeship, both in the workshop and academically, and we couldn’t be prouder of him.

At his most recent assessment day, carried out in partnership with New College Durham, Aaron received a glowing report, with his academic progress described as outstanding. 📚👏

But what really stands out to us is his dedication.

Aaron has completed an incredible 116 additional hours of academic work towards his apprenticeship, on top of what is already expected of him.

116 HOURS EXTRA! 🤯👏

That level of commitment at just 18 years old shows exactly the kind of attitude and work ethic he has. 💪

In the workshop, Aaron is equally impressive. He approaches his work in a professional, precise and methodical manner and is constantly developing his skills and knowledge.

It’s not just us who recognise this either — his lecturers and colleagues all speak incredibly highly of him and genuinely enjoy working alongside him. ⭐

Aaron is a fantastic example of what can be achieved when you combine hard work, dedication, the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

We’re incredibly proud to have Aaron as part of the AJH Automotive team, and we’re excited to watch him continue developing into the highly skilled technician we know he can become.

LAND ROVER 2.0 TIMING CHAIN REPLACEMENT AT AJH AUTOMOTIVE

INVESTING IN THE NEXT GENERATION AT AJH AUTOMOTIVE

This week, our first-year apprentice Clayton has been working alongside one of our highly skilled professional technicians, Jack, gaining valuable hands-on experience and learning the right way to do things from day one.

Today’s big job was a wet belt replacement on a 1.0 EcoBoost — and what better opportunity for Jack to pass on his knowledge, having carried out 100s of these wet belt replacements himself!

Clayton is showing just how eager he is to learn, taking everything on board and developing his skills with every job. I couldn’t think of anyone better than Jack to show him the correct process and, most importantly, the importance of doing the job properly.

FOUR APPRENTICES AND COUNTING

Clayton is one of four apprentices currently training with us here at AJH Automotive, and we couldn’t be prouder of the commitment and enthusiasm they are all showing.

We genuinely believe in investing in the next generation of technicians. The automotive industry needs skilled technicians for many years to come, and we believe it’s our responsibility to help develop them.
