Appointment Update 🚗✨

Just a little update regarding appointments:

On the day of your appointment, I will allow a 15-minute waiting period. If I’m unable to start and clean your vehicle within this time, we will need to reschedule your appointment.
If I turn up slightly earlier, the time frame won’t start till your appointment time. For example if I turn up at 9:55 and your appointment isn’t until 10, the 15 minutes start from 10

Also a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment. This policy also applies to maintenance customers.

If you would like a reminder of your appointment, just let me know and I’ll be happy to arrange one.

I’m 20 years old and have been working in the motor trade for 5+ years, building up experience working on a wide range of cars and light commercial vehicles. 🔧🚗🚐
