Crack Detection Services either by magnetic particle detection which only works on ferromagnetic materials i.e. steels not Stainless steel . Liquid dye penetrant for Alloys, i.e Pistons, Cylinder Heads. Magnetic Particle Detection used for: Crankshafts, Camshafts, Connecting rods, Valves Etc . These procedures will avoid catastrophic engine failures which would normally be

over looked. ADVANTAGES OF MAGNETIC
PARTICLE INSPECTION :
1. Can detect both surface and near sub-surface defects.
2. Can inspect parts with irregular shapes easily.
3. Precleaning of components is not as critical as it is for some other inspection methods.
4. Fast method of inspection and indications are visible directly.
5 . Considered low cost compared to other NDT methodsAll services available; from a standard engine rebuild to full race engine and it will be built to customers specifications. Every engine comes with a full build sheet with all specs and measurements and parts used etc. Cylinder Heads modification to customer specification. Crack testing from crankshafts to suspension and driveshaft's, almost any steel components. We offer trackside support for engine mapping and assistants. We also rebuild Vintage and Veteran Engines. Our latest new machine is a top of the range Vapormat Puma. so we can give you the best Vapor blasting finish on most metals including Brass Copper and even Silver. Alongside side this process we are also offering dry blasting for metal finishing and rust removal.
