Update: Officers are continuing to appeal for witnesses, CCTV and dashcam footage after 2 dogs were reportedly stolen from Sevenoaks.

Kent Police received a report that between 8.30pm and midnight on Tuesday 11 August entry had been forced into an agricultural barn in Penn Lane in Ide Hill and 2 dogs were taken.

Nellie is a liver and white springer spaniel and Betty is a black spaniel.

However, Nellie has now been safely found.

Officers are urging anyone who was in the area around the time and may have seen suspicious activity or vehicles to get in touch by calling 01622 604100 and quoting 46/132411/26.
