Im thinking of selling this lorry. Fitted with gardner 180 and david brown 6 speed gearbox. 1973. Currently taxed as sorn.
Its had many new parts
Complete cab rebuild
New windscreen rubbers
New radiator and new elbows cast for the rad
Engine strip down and rebuild. New valves. Recon injectors
New water pump
New starter motor
New clutch
Complete gasket set.
Recon cylinder head
New header tank
New headlights
New drop wings for the cab
Replaced handbrake valve
I have a 5th wheel and bedplate to go on it.
Got a power steering steering box to fit.
Got everything here to finish it as far as im aware.
Just needs finishing off.

Bad point its got a squeeky bearing in the gearbox.

What do people think it is worth and is there any serious interest in it?

A little bit of progress today on the atkinson. We had a little bit of a problem with the clutch in the vehicle not releasing correctly. Removal of the gearbox and pressure plate found oil on the old clutch plate. We fitted a new clutch plate (to much gearbox oil+water from standing about?) cleaned all parts, then we put new oil in the gearbox. We also took the time to free off all the clutch adjustment as it was well put of adjustment. Now we are just waiting to refit gearbox to vehicle.
