Now id usually say it's been a great summer season for us at Wandering Icons but the truth is there is no "Us"

It's just "me" running my little adventure business by myself on the West Coast in a little place called Dunoon.

My love of adventure travel spans decades. Whether it was holidaying with my grandmother in the peak District, riding a Harley across Morocco, exploring the Highlands, cycling over sixteen countries with Nero or Paddle boarding the length of the Danube.

It's in me. It's a core part of who I am and my best memories. They say high emotion elicits the strongest of those things we'll remember for a lifetime and honestly...that's why I take the time to plan everyones adventure that comes and books with me. I'm not handing you keys, I'm giving you an experience I truly love.

There really is nothing better than seeing my guests arrive back at HQ happy and with stories of their own.

Travel taught me what it was to be hospitable, the homes I was invited in to, the meals I shared. It's why I love looking after you when you book with me.
