We had this MK7 Golf in with us recently for some work 🔧

The customer had gotten an aftermarket GTD bumper fitted and was looking the foglights to be wired 🔧

Unfortunately on wiring them and testing , it turned out the driver side one was faulty, the customer sourced a new unit and we replaced it ✅

This Mk7 Golf got a nice upgrade with us recently!

The customer had purchased some GTD leather seats and wanted the heated seats installed to a switch

The customer chose an aftermarket route so we sourced and supplied a custom heated seat switch kit ✅

Unfortunately the passenger seat wires had been cut at the plugs, so we re pinned these to OEM plugs and cleared the airbag fault on the dash ✅

Nice little upgrade for the winter ❄️

Return customer with their Jetta received an OEM style upgrade recently ✅

This car had the front foglights previously wired into the full beams and led bar only, the customer however requested them to be wired to a switch. 🫣

We chose an OEM style switch with a foglight function and pinned it to the original pin 5 on the headlight connector terminal so they could be turned off and on independently. We made our own harness and separated it completely from the headlight loom ✅

The customer also requested the bulbs to be upgraded to yellow, so we supplied and fitted yellow led bulbs 💯

🔧 Diagnostic & Calibration Win: 2018 Mercedes A180d (W177)

This 1.5 CDI (OM608) came in with chronic cutting out and active countdown/warning lights following a failed software delete elsewhere.

The Issue:

Modern Bosch MD1CS006 ECUs use digital SENT protocol airflow sensors and complex physical air-modeling. A previous "delete" file corrupted these airflow calculation tables, causing the ECU to fail safety plausibility checks (U060F) and shut the engine down immediately.

The Fix:
✅Restored to factory software on the bench using Autotuner.

✅Carried out full diagnostic resets on the NOx, DPF, and SCR start-lock systems to clear locked EEPROM flags.

✅Applied a precision custom solution developed by the engineering team at Viezu Technologies, keeping the digital airflow model 100% intact while applying an EGR, DPF and EGR Solution along with our Vblend tune to improve MPG.

✅Verified live telemetry—boost, rail pressure, and MAF readings are spot-on with zero fault codes.

Result? Clean dash, smooth idle, crisp throttle response, and another job sorted properly.

We carried out a Vperf tune on this one which brought the car from 224bhp --> 270bhp 📈
