One very happy customer and now some very happy workmen 🥧 👌🏻

This woman had a breakdown and arrived at the garage without a booking, understandably stressed and needing help fast!
We managed to get her in, got the issue sorted and had her back on the road the same day.
She turned up the next day with these 🥧 😍
We already pride ourselves on helping whenever we can and it’s always hugely appreciated when that effort is recognised!

Today Thomas attended The Garage Inspector “1-Day Financial Mastery & Lean Workshop for Technicians”.
This training was all about improving how our workshop runs behind the scenes.

I really value investing in training like this because it makes such a difference in how efficiently and effectively we can work. A well-organised workshop means better service for our customers, fewer delays, and a stronger, more sustainable garage overall.

Some of Thomas’s key takeaways from today:
• Financial fundamentals tailored for technicians—understanding the numbers that matter (costs, margins, etc.)
• Lean principles: optimising workflow, reducing waste, and making the workplace more efficient
• Best practices for organising tools, materials, and parts to save time and improve safety
• Strategies to help the whole team work smarter—not harder

Huge thanks to Thomas for taking the time to grow his skills. And thanks again Andy Savva for another excellent course.
Now let’s put what he’s learned into practice! 💪
