They’ll now be left to cure overnight before we 2K clear coat them tomorrow morning, sealing everything in for a durable, high-gloss finish and a factory-quality result.

Today we’re fabricating a completely custom rear mudguard for this CB1100.

This isn’t an off-the-shelf bolt-on job — we’re designing and fabricating the rear end specifically for this bike, creating a unique look that simply can’t be bought off the shelf.

The aim? A clean, purposeful rear end that transforms the whole bike and makes it a true one-off. 🏍️🔥

IMAGINE THIS BEING SUCKED THROUGH YOUR FUEL SYSTEM…

We’re finishing up the internal clean on this BMW fuel tank, and after 3 rounds of rust remover over an extended period, we’re now getting all the nasty stuff that’s been hiding inside.

Large chunks of old fuel, rust, varnish and years of built-up contamination are breaking loose and being removed.

Just imagine all of that being pulled through your fuel pump, filter and injectors/carburettors. 😳

This is exactly why properly cleaning the inside of a tank is so important during a restoration or recommissioning job.

🔧 Yamaha Virago Front Fork Refurbishment 🏍️

Another set of front forks completely stripped and refurbished to bring them back to their best.

The forks were fully disassembled, thoroughly cleaned and professionally painted, before being carefully reassembled using new fork seals and retaining clips.

We’ve also fitted high-quality fork oil, with the oil level and air gap set to the correct specification to ensure everything is working exactly as it should.

A proper refurbishment isn’t just about making the forks look good — it’s about getting them clean, sealed, correctly set up and performing as they should. 👌

🏍️ CB1100 Custom Build – Making the Details Count 🔧

More progress on our CB1100 custom build today.

We’ve fabricated a number of bespoke brackets to neatly mount the new screen and upgraded gauges, keeping everything secure while maintaining a clean, factory-quality finish.

We’ve also relocated the horns to a much more discreet position, helping to clean up the front end and keep them out of sight.

It’s the small details like these that make a big difference to the finished bike. 👌
