Office Assistant Part-Time – Up to 20 Hours Per Week
Suggested working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 1.30pm
Due to increasing workloads, we are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organised Office Assistant to join our busy agricultural office based at Norwood Farm, Meikleour, PH2 6EN.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting the Office Manager and helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the office, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy and hands-on working environment.
Main Duties Include:
• Assisting the Office Manager
• General farm administration and record keeping
• Answering and making telephone calls
• Filing and maintaining office systems
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the office
What We’re Looking For:
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
• Full driving license required due to our rural location
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Agricultural knowledge or experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
Working Hours:
Our preferred working pattern is Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 1.30pm. However, we are happy to be flexible and will consider alternative days and hours for the right candidate.
