Morning everyone,

Just a quick note to say we are having issues with our electrics today so our landline is currently down.

If anyone needs us please message us on here or send a text/call the mobile.

Obviously, giving our ramps are also worked off of our electrics, these are also giving us issues so there may be delays in repairs.

We have an electrician looking into the issue and hopefully will be back to normal soon!

Well what a year 2025 has been! From our first family holiday in 6 years to taking on our newest member of staff!

I want to take this moment to firstly thank my mechanics who have spent countless additional hours to make sure you all have your cars back on the road. They work so hard every single day and mainly only complain when the kettles not on! So to the boys, a huge thank you for all your hard work this year 👏

Secondly, I want to thank all of our incredible customers! Your loyalty with us is hugely appreciated. We are so lucky to have the customer base that we do. We have made some genuine relationships with our customers over the years, some of which has turned to good friendships. So to you, I want to say a massive thank you.

And lastly, a massive thank you to our alarm system, Skye! I’m sure every one of you has either met her or at least heard her when you have come through the door 😂😂 let’s hope she uses this time to rest her voice for 2026!

Anyway, merry Christmas to you all and have a great new year!

Good morning all,

We have had a lot of people asking recently how to do or know basic (what we think is basic) car maintenance. So, I was thinking about making up basic self help leaflets and leaving them in the reception so our customers can do certain things themselves without having to pay us!

The kind of leaflets I was thinking of were 'How to check & top up your tyre pressure', 'Basic checks - i.e oil levels, screen wash, etc', 'What do the lights on my dash mean and when to get them checked', 'How to put my spare wheel on', etc.

My question to you all is would this be helpful to you guys? And is there anything you can think of that I can make into a leaflet to help others? I know myself, before I met Robert, I had no clue at all! I had cords through my tyre and was confused because I thought it was just air under the rubber 😂

Anyway, let me know your thoughts please 🙏
