It looks like we will have to change the shop phone number after BT telling us an many occasions that we could keep the old one.
Thery also told us we cant get fast broadband after sayng we could and a garage about 30 yards away as super fast
But who knows what they will tell us tomorrow.
Next they will be asking if we would recommend BT to friends 🤣🤣

This is the sign a few yards from our new shop.
A BT engineer sat across from it for over an hour today "I thought he was having his lunch" He couldnt find us.
All our customers have been able to find us all the couriers have found us the post man found us.We have a phone he dint think to try phoning.Maybe he/she was having a bad day.
