Trainee Vehicle Service Technician
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Vehicle Service Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about cars, engineering, and hands-on work. No prior experience is required – full training will be provided.
As a Trainee Vehicle Service Technician, you will learn to carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and basic repairs under the guidance of experienced technicians. You’ll develop valuable technical skills and gain industry-recognised qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with routine vehicle servicing and safety checks
• Support senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs
• Learn to use workshop tools and diagnostic equipment
• Keep the workshop clean, safe, and organised
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Provide friendly, professional customer service when required
What We’re Looking For
• A genuine interest in vehicles and mechanics
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
• Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
