***EXTRA WEEK CLOSURE***

Unfortunately due to my wife now being tested positive for Covid 19 we will have to put back our reopening date for a week.

This means we shall now reopen on Friday 15th January once all isolation has been completed and safe to do so.

All customers will be contacted if this affects your book in dates.

We apologise for any inconvenience this causes but protection from this awful virus is my main concern.

You can continue to send emails and images for quotes to [email protected] at anytime.
**Facebook messaging cannot be monitored fully at the moment.

**PLEASE SHARE**

Due to the Coronavirus and many part/paint suppliers gradually closing during lock down we have had to make the sad decision to temporarily reduce working hours as it isn't cost effective for us to keep the facilities open everyday.
**We will however still be able to offer any estimates for repairs and paintwork needed and if possible to carry out the work we will book in as normal and come in**
We will have the phone redirected to Carl’s mobile but if any trouble getting through please call or email on the contact below and we will be happy to help.
We really hope to get back to normality as soon as we can and thank you for your custom and support in these tough times.

***Covid 19***

Dear Customers

At this time we are allowed and will remain open as we are classed as an essential business keeping vehicles on the road. We will constantly be reviewing the situation due to parts deliveries etc.

Please note we want to keep you and ourselves as safe as we possibly can, so would like to advice the following.

Estimates please ring ahead to discuss when you will be coming and leave your details, please pull on the forecourt and remain in your vehicle, the estimate can be carried out and will be emailed/posted to you.

Customers dropping off vehicles, please organise a drop of time, leave the vehicle on the forecout with the keys in it, we will be outside ready to move and secure it.

Same procedure for collection.

Sorry but we are unable to give customers lifts at this present time so do arrange to get back home before you leave.

Only one person in the office at anytime but if possible please remain in your vehicle.

Payments are acceptable by direct bank transfer if preferred. All invoices, receipts etc can be emailed too.

Card machines, office equipment, keys, steering wheels, handles etc will be wiped down with anti bac wash and wipes throughout each day.

**Please note our toilet facilities will be closed to any customers or non staff...applogies**

Sadly still no news to report and no sightings for a while 💔 Can I ask another favour, there is a chance Albi might have been taken in by somebody, please in any area you may live can you keep an eye out in neighbours gardens, neighbours with a new dog, unusual or unfamiliar barking from out houses/buildings and dogs being walked just please be vigilant, someone may even think they have taken in a stray. The area sightings have been Studdal, East Studdal & St Margarets but obviously he could have travelled further a field. He could look very dirty/muddy, clipped out or longer shaggier hair.
There is a substantial reward for his SAFE return, we just want him home thats it, we love and miss him so much 💔 What a Christmas present that would be to have him home !! We will never give up Albi boy 💙💔💙

Pinewood will be closed for our annual holiday from 10th May and re open on 25th May.
