2009 Vauxhall Astra 1.9cdti edc16c39 ECU work done on the bench due to a wiring issue with obd port.
Customer wanted a performance tune as this was the 100hp stock.

The gains are as follows

100hp - 150hp
260nm - 360nm

Customer also opted in for a hardcut limiter and egr solutions.
Glad to say he was very happy with the results.

⚫️ 2014 RANGE ROVER SPORT ⚫️

This stunning Range Rover Sport was booked in last week with us for a performance tune.

When working on Range rovers we always work directly with the ecu (bench) instead of working via the obd port to ensure a safe software edit and writing process.

After a vehicle health check we got to work in delivering the sdv6 Range rover some extra power.

⚫️ 2014 AUDI SQ5 3.0 TDI ⚫️

ECU TYPE: EDC17CP44

Another Audi SQ5 with some extra power, this was booked in for a performance tune along with gearbox tuning.

After a vehicle health check we got to work on the already quick and responsive Audi.

With starting figures of:

⭐️245hp and 580nm⭐️

Final figures of:

⭐️295hp and 650nm⭐️

Overall gains of:

⭐️ 50hp and 70nm⭐️

The customer was very happy with the results in the performance, throttle response and better fuel efficiency, he was also apologetic in regards to not having the vehicle cleaned but that did not stop us having another successful job.

⚫️ 2016 Mercedes E220 AMG LINE⚫️

Another stunning Mercedes came to us with slight hesitation and flat spots in acceleration.

After we gave this vehicle a health check we removed the ecu (DELPHI CRD3.7A) and continued our work on the bench.

Once the work had been carried out we installed the ecu and finalised with another health check to ensure everything was running correctly.

The vehicle gains are as follows:

⭐️177hp - 225hp⭐️

⭐️400nm - 500nm⭐️

Overall gains:

⭐️ 48hp and 100nm⭐️

Safe to say the customer and was very happy with the results and performance of his vehicle.

As you may have noticed we haven't posted much throughout the summer season due to being so busy also enjoy the summer break ourselves.

Here are some of the vehicles we have worked on in the last few weeks for various reason. Failed egr systems, adblue issues, performance tuning, air con regassing, diagnostics etc.

⚫️2017 BMW X6 40D M SPORT⚫️

This stunning and very quick bmw was booked in for an engine and gearbox tune last week, this was a double booking alongside an audi S5.
Once we carried out our health check we got to work.

These are amazing results for the very reliable straight 6 3 litre N57 engine.

Apologies we haven't posted in a while we have been so busy with bookings.

Another returning customer with his 2016 ford ranger 200hp

After a full vehicle health check we were happy to give this pick up truck some extra power along with throttle response and better mpg.

With starting figures of:

This vehicle was booked in for a performance tune along with a gearbox tune.

We got straight to work in getting some extra power from this very healthly v6 engine.
