"Possibly the best driving instructor in the area”
DVSA Grade A Driving Instructor
ORDIT Qualified Driving Instructor Trainer
Supercar Experience Driving Coach

I.C.M Driving is run by Ben Mullings, a fully qualified and CRB checked Driving Instructor, since 2009. I am relaxed, punctual, and can't wait to pass over my years and years of knowledge and driving experience to you. Since 2009, I have helped hundreds of young (and not so young!) people gain their full driving licence. I love helping people pass their test and gaining their independence. Your lessons will be enjoyable! Learning to drive can be a nerve racking experience. I will make it less so! Having worries about your standards check? Get in contact! Passed your test years ago and haven't driven since? It's like riding a bike! Passed your test and want experience on the motorways? I can help! Want free theory training? Let me know. Want short term insurance to drive any car? Let me help. I mainly cover the Christchurch area but feel free to check and I’ll see if I can accommodate. Check out my reviews for other people's thoughts on their lessons. They can't all be wrong!! Get in touch by sending a message if you require any more information or would like to enquire about availability. Thanks for your interest,

Ben.

17 years in business of teaching learners and training driving instructors....and not a single Google review! 😂

Well, this is slightly embarrassing!

I’ve been giving I.C.M Driving's Google profile a bit of a refresh and have just discovered that, despite teaching people to drive for the past 17 years, I’ve somehow managed to collect precisely ZERO Google reviews! 🤦‍♂️

I’ve always relied on word of mouth, recommendations and the lovely feedback I’ve received here on Facebook, but apparently Google would quite like to know I exist too!

So, I’m calling on my former (and current!) pupils for a little favour.

If you’ve learned to drive with me over the years and could spare a minute to leave an honest Google review about your experience, I’d be incredibly grateful.

And it’s not just former learner drivers!

If I’ve helped you on your journey to becoming a driving instructor, whether that’s been Part 2, Part 3 or additional training, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience too.

Your feedback is just as valuable and helps others looking for professional instructor training.

It genuinely helps a small, independent businesses like mine get noticed.

Off on my travels again! ⛴️

Heading to the Isle of Wight today to train another future driving instructor.
Earlier this year, my previous trainee from the island passed her final qualifying test, so it’s great to be heading back to help someone else on their journey to become a fully qualified ADI.

Looking forward to getting started! 💪🏻

With Claire now joining the ICM Driving team, we have increased our availability across:

Wimborne • Poole • Broadstone and nearby areas.

Claire has been trained by Ben and is now welcoming new learners, with a small amount of availability currently open.

I get a weekend off!!! Wahoo!!! 🙌😴

After a VERY busy few weeks, our team are taking a well-deserved break from events this weekend!

But with less than 100 days to go until our final event of 2026, now is definitely the time to get your experience booked in if you haven’t already.

Don’t leave it until the last minute - dates can fill up quickly as we head towards the end of the season!

We’ll be back out on track next weekend, and we’re already looking forward to it! 🏁
