"From start of choosing a car scott player was very good listen to what we needed for a car and was very confident and answered all our questions when we chose the car we was interested in Scott explain all the features in the car and we took it out for a test drive, I felt very confident driving the car as Scott show me everything I needed to do, when we were going through the process of ordering the car and doing the paperwork Scott was very good explaining everything about the ordering and what will happen going forth when it comes to collecting the car and told me all documents I would need to have with me on the day of collection, Scott contacted me when the car arrived at the dealers and arranged a day for me to come and on the day of collection it was very straightforward and not stressful Scott and answered all my questions, I felt very confident driving away with the new car from the car dealers Scott was very friendly, great communication, overall the experience was stressed free ,"
