Job Title: Office Administrator / Receptionist
Location: Tyreworld Depot, 88 Prince of Wales Road, Dorchester, DT1 1PR
Salary: £12.71 – £13.25 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

About the Role
We are looking for a bright, cheerful, and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Administrator / Receptionist at our Tyreworld Depot. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a small, friendly, and established team in our new premises.
Our business serves a loyal and growing customer base, including farmers, commercial clients, and the general public. From tractors and lorries to cars, 4x4s, and motorbikes — we cover it all.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Depot Manager, your duties will include:
• General reception and front-of-house duties
• Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries
• Managing MOT and workshop bookings
• Receiving and responding to emails
• Making outbound calls to customers
• Preparing job cards and invoices
• Placing and processing supplier orders
• Liaising with engineers and workshop staff
• Monitoring timesheets, holidays, and sickness records
• Managing office stationery and consumables

Requirements
• Previous office or administrative experience
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, “can-do” attitude
