On 10 December 2025, the Company entered administration. The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the appointed Joint Administrators Mark Hodgett and David Acland. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and without personal liability.

Mark Hodgett is licensed to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in the United Kingdom by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. David Acland is licensed to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in the United Kingdom by the Insolvency Practitioners Association. Both are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics.
