**JOB VACANCY**

Junction 4 Vauxhall Specialists has been established for 10 years with over 35 years dealer experience. Based in our well equiped workshop just two minutes away from Junction 4 of the M18 in Doncaster, we carry out a wide variety of work on many modern vehicles, from routine servicing and maintenance, MOT tests, mechanical repairs.

We at Junction 4 we are looking to extend our team with a permanent position to an individual that is a competent technician able to work on all makes of vehicles.

Job Title: Motor Vehicle Technician (Permanent Position)
Annual Salary:(To discuss further at interview stage dependant on experience of the individual, salary may vary)
Hours: Monday - Friday: 08:30am- 17:00pm (40 hours)

The successful candidate must have a NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in Motor Vehicle Repair and Diagnostics, a full UK Driving Licence and experience working within a busy car mechanic workshop environment. It is therefore essential that the successful applicant is capable of:

• Working with colleagues or customers to determine the possible source of vehicle problems and define what issues need to be solved
• Conducts thorough inspections and evaluations of problematic vehicle or parts to identify issues
• Utilises technological devices to complete diagnostic tests of mechanical and electrical systems
• Orders and replaces parts and components
• Ensures jobs/ vehicles are completed effectively and on time
• Provides excellent customer service when working with the public
• Verify work has been performed correctly via test-drives and adjustments of controls and systems
• Maintain functionality of equipment by adhering to operating instructions
