Our first vw transporter/T7 but it is just a Ford custom👀👀

Swb in for a full line out and seat conversions✅

We spent a lot of time on this one as it’s the first one without a lower bulkhead staying in so we bespoke made some b pillar panels which we have already shared on our platforms👀🔍

Also it’s the first one we’ve done a suede roof in without it being a halo, with all our builds our roofs are fitted and then trimmed for a seamless finish but when doing suede against carpet this way it gets a little difficult but the end product is absolute perfection. No joining strips no cheap tacky trim clips and our roofs are perfectly straight and flat💯💯

Now they’re carpeted it’s a seamless finish that transitions into the factory b pillars perfectly✔️

No wood/carpet sticking out or wrapping around onto any of the factory plastic👀

Tie downs able to be re-fitted if that’s your preference✔️

The process of our conversions in photos

We don’t just slap a poorly fitted ply lining kit in and carpet it in every direction possibly

We bespoke make each and every panel scribed to every individual van

Each panel is sealed in to provide a seamless finish when carpeted but also stops any squeaks or rattles from the van when driving, there’s nothing worse than a rattle/squeak when driving down the road especially when you’ve paid for a professional conversion

The whole van is sanded to provide the best contact surface for the glue and carpet to work correctly and to last

Every hole and seam is either glued and taped or 3d printed infills to protect the conversion from dirt travelling through the van and seeping into the carpet through said holes/seams. We’ve seen some companies state the van doesn’t need to be taped when using certain carpets but It doesn’t matter what make of carpet you use it’s a proven thing in this industry that dirt flows and will ruin your carpet over time. (I’ll add a little photo)

All the prep we do is to ensure a professional conversion that will stand to the test of time and be worthy of you as a customer paying a professional outfit

NEW SHAPE FORD CUSTOM/ VW T7👀🚐

Just another little in-depth post🔎

Our lower quarter panels are also hand scribed and hand cut to give the best finished product available✔️

We don’t just draw round the factory panel on a piece of ply wood carpet it and call it finished that isn’t a professional conversion, this is why we’re the best in the business everything is adapted and made to fit the van perfectly⚒️🪚✔️

Without the little addition the the quarter panel once carpeted it just doesn’t look correct, looks poorly finished, gaping holes and carpet just stuffed in the tight areas that isn’t how you do a professional build that’s how you do a DIY home build which is fine when you don’t have the bill to pay at the end📸

We also add a 18mm packer cut to the same shape as the little added section which is carpeted when doing the full sides, this allows the panel to flow through the van, sit flush with rest of the panel and also have something to screw too ✔️

The tailgate panel used to have a nice little plastic trim (previous Ford custom) around the strap but this van didn’t so again we hand crafted a little piece to sit around that opening to tidy everything up and add a little depth to the panel. All sanded, rounded and smoothed to make sure the carpet flows nicely over it with no sharpe edges✔️

Every van no matter the conversion has bespoke made panels to provide an end product that is worthy of a professional conversion with an invoice at the end📲

NEW SHAPE FORD CUSTOM/ VW T7

First time having to do full b pillar blanks as most customers chose to keep the lower half bulkhead in but this customer chose against that

Full blanks scribed and hand cut

Lower half having returns to fill in the odd shaped plastic panels

Allows for front tie downs to still be refitted

LED down light switch added like usual

Scribed to sit behind the b pillars so once carpeted it’s a seamless finish

For such a small panel the work that went into this took a fair amount of effort, we like things to flow and fit into our conversions seamlessly and we have done just that.

We try and show in depth all of our conversions and the little things that set us apart from the rest just go take a look at other companies and see the poorly finished b pillars no other company compares

Half floor on this build for the customer to start his self build camper van conversion, his garage will be sitting on top of his new half floor. Also the reason why the rear edging of the floor hasn’t been finished✅

It’s been a minute since we’ve done a full floor tourneo seats in a custom👀

This customer had already started works on his own conversion completing sound deadening which we advised before he started to leave the tops of the ribs as we seal our floors down and also around the seat area as we like our seat brackets to be sat flush to the steel of the van with nothing in between for safest instal✅

As with any of our floors the Lino is perfectly laid no parts sticking up or riding up on any of the metal work it’s laid in the van and cut specifically to each van for the best possible finish💯

This week we’ve had a well maintained and clean 2007 vivaro📸📸

1x fixed window and 1x opening window supplied and fitted✅

Double+single expert/proace style seats fitted✅

Full floor finished in altro contrax black✅

Black step edging throughout✅

Side step blanking return✅

Rear threshold return✅

Bulkhead cut in half and edged for safety✅

These seats are such a budget friendly setup for your van, they fold flat, tip forward, fully remove, 3 isofix seats and flush mounted brackets with lovely floor trims. These seats don’t recline but then again your car rear seats don’t recline. They’re very light and easily removed on your own

The van had recently been rear ended and the edge of the floor where the threshold trim is was crumpled so when doing our step return we scribed it to the damaged shape for a perfect fitment📸📸
