SSE are saying 3pm for a return to power.

🗣️ Glengarry Service Station, Invergarry is currently closed due to a lack of power affecting the whole village.
A power cable has come down in the area. SSE are working on fixing this by 12pm.

‼️PLEASE RESPECT OUR TEAM‼️

Yesterday evening one of our Customer Assistants went to clean the toilets in Evelix service station, Dornoch as part of their daily routine and found human excrement smeared across the wall.
Sadly this is not an isolated incident. This sort of behaviour is becoming more and more common in all of our sites and is happening in Retail environments all across the country daily.

We want to be honest about how difficult this is for our team.

Being a Customer Assistant in Retail is a hard job. Our team deal with difficult and challenging situations on a daily basis whilst handling every other eventuality that arises from early morning till late at night. They do it with professionalism and a smile day in and day out but this sort of behaviour has a big impact on a Customer Assistants morale.

We work hard to provide clean toilet facilities that are cleaned and service regularly for everyone to use we do that because we care about our customers. All we ask is that our facilities and our people are treated with the same respect in return.

Sincere thanks to the vast majority of you who always do.

THEY ARE LIVE ⚡️🚗

Remember last week when we showed off our fresh new shop re-fit and promised that our EV chargers were “coming soon”? The wait is officially over!

Please officially meet Pikavolt. ⚡️⚡️

The charger was named by the children at Invergarry Primary School. The name derives from a Pokémon character.

For those of you who don’t know ….
Vikavolt is a beetle like Pokémon with a large pair of mandibles. It’s like a fortress that zooms through the forest firing a beam of electricity from its mouth.
I hope I got that right 🤔

Whether you are a local driver or just passing through the Highlands, you can now grab a rapid top up while checking out our upgraded shop come in and see the refit, grab a hot drink or a snack, and experience the new set up for yourself ☕️🌭
