We recently had this powerhouse at Tractor Tuning UK, and while it's a fantastic machine straight out of the box, it wasn't quite pulling its weight. On the dyno, it was a little down on power, putting out just 180hp at the PTO.

After a custom ECU remap specifically tailored for this machine, we unlocked a massive boost in performance—bringing it right up to a healthy 230hp at the PTO!

2020 Claas Arion 630 we attended to remove the chip and remap the ECU.
In modern farming, efficiency is everything. Our existing client called to book there 630 in to improve torque and overall power and efficiency, they were looking to get more productivity out of their existing fleet without upgrading to a larger, more expensive machine.
Through careful, safe recalibration of the engine’s ECU, we managed to unlock an additional 25HP over the Austrian tuning box and an extra 220NM of torque ()
