These manual engagement shafts can bend over time, and if they’re forced too far, there’s a risk they could shear off completely. Even worse, you may end up unable to disengage the motor mover when you need to.

Today, The Caravan Gurus closed 2 hours earlier than usual to allow our team to attend the funeral of our dear friend, Stevie Roberts.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank our customers for their understanding. Today was an important opportunity for us to pay our respects, honour Stevie’s memory, and support his family and loved ones.

Stevie will be greatly missed, and our thoughts remain with everyone who knew him.

💧 Warranty Repairs Complete – Another Buccaneer Back on the Road! 🚐✨

This 2017 Buccaneer Schooner came into our workshop with a water ingress issue. After carrying out a thorough inspection, it quickly became clear that the caravan required significant internal and external repairs.

The cause? Failed external sealants had allowed water to pe*****te the structure, resulting in moisture ingress into the timber framework.

The good news? Because the customer is the original owner and has maintained a full annual service history through approved service centres, this 9-year-old caravan was still covered under the Elddis/Buccaneer water ingress warranty.

This is a perfect example of why annual servicing is so important. Many owners unfortunately miss services, which can invalidate valuable manufacturer warranty cover and leave them facing costly repair bills.
